Victor was born in Greenwood, SC, but grew up in Lexington, SC. Victor attended the University of South Carolina-Aiken and the University of South Carolina-Columbia, studying Criminal Justice/Criminology. Victor worked in Diversion Programs with the Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office for eleven years and spent one year serving as Director of the programs in Kershaw County.
Having survived a horrific motorcycle accident and suffering multiple traumatic injuries, Victor understands the adversity and frustration injured clients and their family members experience following a traumatic event. Victor has volunteered with various organizations that assist survivors of traumatic events.
Over the last few years, Victor has learned to use a prosthetic leg and now loves spending time hitting golf balls at a range or playing a few holes on the course. He has a passion for just about any sport and enjoys watching and attending sporting events. Victor also enjoys time with family and friends, especially if it includes warm weather, plenty of sun, and water nearby!
